On to the next cycle

The IUI was not successful. Of course, just having the IUI makes you have higher hopes but they came crashing down on Friday. I am on clomid cycle #7/ IUI cycle #2 with this new dr. I am to take 100 mgs of clomid from Feb. 24th-March 3rd. Wait for a positive OPK & go through the IUI process. Then, I will have a progesterone test around March 17th (he usually also schedules a HCG test as well, so that may be ordered later in the cycle).

    Best of luck to you! Have you had any monitoring with your clomid cycles? You might want to talk with the doctor about trying Femara. The more I think about things, the more I think that my thin lining probably was a leading cause of my IF and RPL. I switched to the femara and finally got my (so far) sticky BFP on the second cycle with it. I realize it could completely be a fluke, but I do know that my lining went from dismal 5, 6 or at very best 7mm to optimal measurements immediately. Hopefully this is your cycle!

    I will look into the Femara thing & see what he says. I don't think we have checked my lining, or if a test did that, he didn't mention it. He was having me check my estradiol & progesterone regularly.

    I second the Femara. ou will have your BFP soon after mine! Cautiously hopeful for both of us. Glad to see ya back in the game. Hopefully this doc will get it right! Fingers and toes crossed for you!
